....but maybe incomprehensible is a better word

Bowling for the gutter and dimes that fly

Tuesdays are the easiest days of the week. we only have two subjects and the rest are study halls, gym, and home ec. so of course today we went bowling instead of having gym class. it was really fun, even though i stunk and got mostly gutter-balls. mr. rogers came with us (he is our awesome history teacher) and he was actually really good. most of the time josh, tim, jess, and i threw THE PEN. THE PEN is a very random game so allow me to explain.
"the pen" was born out of boredom mostly. scott found a pen and threw it at josh who proceeded to throw it at me and i decided to throw it at jess and jess, well you know. so instead of throwing the pen, which i left in my binder when we went to the bowling alley, we threw a dime, yes a dime. then we got back to the school and the pen i thought i had left in my binder was no longer there. who stole it? josh? i think so.......

interesting enough my fellow friends?

a poem i wrote for bible class:

Forgiven
an evil past is marked
with horrid stains of sin
the stench of a secret heart
is hidden deep within
father now i take this cup
i drink their sinful doubt
remove this dying pain
their lives could do without
forgiven on his lips
their stinging sin in his eyes
a lashing traitorous kiss
forgiven he still cries
a lurking past not marked
with suffering or shame
the offal lowly heart
bears beauty in his name
remember not this path you walked on
remember not its way or name
remember not the trap it set you
that sought to bring you shame
not the torrid ocean
that tore the heart apart
nor the crying unbeliever
who gambled for your heart
forget this path you walked on
forget its lowly way
remember now my promise
remember now your name
know that i forgave the ocean
for its horrid waves
i softened the unbeliever
my death was for your sake
forget this past behind you
for i have thrown it far
remember now my promise
remember who you are.

thirty minute reunion

i got to see Izzy on Friday. Mrs. Powell told me she was taking me to my aunt's Friday, since she lives across the street. i had no idea that Izzy was even in Maryland so when i got there i was completely surprised. it was so cute. he gasped and ran over to give me and Daniel a hug, i almost cried. then everything after that felt like it used to. we played some crazy game with a balloon and laughed till we cried. sadly he had to leave the next day, so our reunion was short.

i really want to go to Ohio now.
